DRAGONPROJECT
For temporary jobs in surf and kite centers:
- Main center is partially situated on Ada Bojana, and partially on Ulcin`s beach Velika
- El gouna-Hurgada (Egypt, Red Sea), www.elgouna.com – hotel Movenpick
REQUIRED:
- Instructors (6) – to teach Windsurf and/or Kite surf
- Instructor’s assistant (6) – help instructors during training, while preparing themselves to became instructors
- Assistants on different jobs in Surf center (8)
- Surf center manager (head executive) (1) - to convey strategy, organize and control the work of the center, to be responsible to the school owner
- Head executive deputy (1) - to do financial work and general records
- Manager in Surf cafe (1)
- Art design assistant (2) - Surf Center visual identity and promotion
- Rescuer at the sea (2) - trained to drive and rescue using rubber motor boat in wheather conditions that include waves and strong wind (helps surfers and kiters)
SPORTS
- Windsurf, Kitesurf (main work of the center, 90% of all activities)
- Wakeboarding. Paragliding, Sailing - extra activities during days with low wind
ADVANCES DURING ENGAGEMENT
- To have licences and work experience
- To know foreign languages in following order - English, Russian, French, German, Italian
- To have valid confirmation about passing the first aid examination
- To have driving license for motor boat
- Driver with his own vehicle (better if it`s caravan or pickup)
- Communicative, responsible, reactive, decisive, loyal… are required characteristics

ENGAGEMENT DURATION - minimum two weeks, with possibility of steady job
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- Salary + percentage – for professional instructors with license
- Salary and/or compensation (using the center resources and infrastructure, such as work training)
- Volounteers – as unemployment benefits they can use school resources, training and similar
Working staff has discount (to 30%) while buying surf and kite equipment.
PLEASE NOTE:
You can be engaged without any kind of licenses and prior knowledge or anything mentioned above, if you are ready to work patiently and diligently and acquire knowledge and skills while working.
Open competition will last during whole year, so you can always get some job for some kind of compensation, if you pass criterions (they are not hard).
