Welcome to Dragon Project
We are watersports center specializing in kitesurf, windsurf, and catamaran sailing based in Montenegro, Velika Plaza near Ulcinj. The center is open from 1st may until the end of September and is offering courses at all levels from beginners to advanced. Our instructors are fully qualified by IKO, International Kiteboard Association, BKSA, British Kitesurfing Association, and the RYA Royal Yachting Association.
Equipment that we use for lessons includes kit from Starboard, Bic, Tushingham, Naishe, Cabrhina, Ozone, Hobie. It is also available for renting and is maintained to a very high standard. We have two fully equipped rescue boats with trained staff that are qualified in first aid.
Dragon project philosophy is to learn and ride, have fun in a safe relaxed environment. We have a 300 m private beach and camping area next to the sea for our clients, with basic facilities which includes fresh water, electricity, bar, club restaurant, with parking for customers vehicles.
Where we sail
Ada Bojana, Montenegro is a great place for sailing, the wind in the mornings is usually light with flat water conditions, which is great for learning the basics and getting your confidence. As the day goes on the wind steadily increases to a steady force 4 to 5 in the afternoons creating conditions ideal for the advanced sailor. Our watersports centre is situated on a beautiful sandy beach which is 12 km long and surrounded by a wild natural habitat.
